Nicodeme Nzahoyankuye
HEAD OF COMMUNICATIONS AND DEVELOPMENT
Mr. Nzahoyankuye Nicodeme is an experienced communications Professional. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Communications and has nine years of experience managing institutional communications, media relations, campaigns, social media, branding, and events management.
Currently, he serves as a PR and Communications Specialist at the Rwanda Forensic Institute (RFI). He has played a significant role in establishing the Rwanda Forensic Laboratory (RFL) as a leading forensic facility on the continent and rebranding it into the Rwanda Forensic Institute (RFI).
Mr. Nicodeme has led and coordinated various local and international conferences and campaigns, including the ASFM 2023 International Conference in Kigali, the AFSA 2024 Conference, the MENYA RFL campaigns, the Groove Awards, the MENYA RFI campaign, and the Shyigikira Bibiliya Campaign. He has also been instrumental in initiating and coordinating several music festivals and concerts, such as the EWANGELIA Festival, the RABAGIRA Festival, the Kigali Gospel Festival, the Shalom Festival, the Benjamin Dube Live in Kigali Concert, and the East African Gospel Festival.
His contributions have been pivotal in expanding the reach of RFI and making forensic services known to Rwandans and the region. Additionally, Mr. Nicodeme has served as a gospel radio presenter for 10 years at RBA, hosting renowned bishops, musicians, and other personalities.
Prior to joining RFI, he worked as a communications and media officer and a communications consultant for organizations such as A Light to the Nations, Arise Rwanda, Rabagirana Ministries, and FH Rwanda.
He has also held the position of editor-in-chief at Isange Corporation, Le Reveil, and Rwanda Gospel Magazine. A certified photojournalist, Mr. Nicodeme possesses extensive knowledge and certifications in media relations, corporate communications, events management, social media management, and editing, among other areas.
